The object of the present research is to deconstruct interpersonal communication and its basic concepts such as dialogue and sympathy by using psychoanalytic perspective and Lacan’s theory of discursive subject. By emphasizing on Lacanian subject who is constituted as the discontinuity between his real intention and the discourse bound up with the signifying chain of language, every message has an unconscious and hidden connotation which truly the addresser is not aware. This standpoint stands in opposition to common theories of communication that believes communication is a conscious and intentional process which leads to an effective communication by dialogue and sympathy. According to the fundamental gap between “what one says” and “what one truly wants to say”, the main question is how reciprocal understanding could be accomplished in a dialogue? Four discourses of Lacan are used in order to analyze the interpersonal relations and answer to the research question. To put my theoretical discussion into evidence, “My Brother Khosrow” movie is considered as a case study, to illustrate the possibility of investigating dialogy in Lacan’s discursive theory. In conclusion I illustrated how Naser and Khosrow’s dialogue takes place in the master discourse without leading to reciprocal understanding, but the dialogue between Naser’s wife and Khosrow in the field of the analyst discourse actualize sympathy in communication.

The objective of the present research concerns nuclear agreements jokes that have propagated in social networks. The critical issue of this research is to illustrate the ideological aspects and the relationship of these jokes with the political factions in the case of nuclear agreements. The main question is how language shifts to joke and witticism in power relations. Fairclough’s three dimension model of critical discourse analysis is used in this research. Hence a number of jokes in virtual space regarding nuclear agreement have been analyzed. The consequences shows that the fantasy which derives from the ideological aspects of witticism language represents the existing situation and also construct, sustain, and change the social relation and discursive actions. Textual characteristics show positive and negative representation of jokes. The positive representation constructs in the ideology of dominate power (11enth government) and the negative representation construct in the opposition faction (fundamentalism). The genre of joke is in the service of power and is used in order to hegemonies the power discourse.

The following research is analyzing Facebook communicators as Lacanian subjects. Lacanian subject is not the ‘individual’ or ‘conscious subject’ of Anglo-Amercian Philosophy. The psychoanalytic explanation of Lacanian barred subject leads the research to come up with an analytical description of scopophilia, love to see and to be seen, of Facebook as a computer-madiated communication. According to the post-structuralism and Lacanian approach using in this research, I will raise tow critical questions: 1- How to see and to be seen, become as a collective phantasy in Facebook? 2- How the Facebook discourse could be explained within the Lacanian hysteria-capitalism discourse? The Facebook users are being analyzed as subjects who are developing their interactions in the scopophilic field of Facebook in order to fulfill their traumatic lack in such a phantasmatic way. The reconstruction of the false identification in an invisible background and the declined satisfaction of subjects that originate from being embraced by frozen images is a significant issue to look at Facebook as a discourse that regenerates hysteric subjects. The penetration of capitalism ideology leads to gaze as an object that is considered as the product of the Facebook discourse.
